You must create an account to enroll in courses or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Enrollments and Subscriptions

Enrollment grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your enrollment status through your account dashboard.

3. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all recurring fees until the subscription or enrollment is cancelled.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds are issued after this window or for digital downloads. Cancellations of subscriptions take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, designs, and branding, is owned by Daily Progress Blooms or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Daily Progress Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. You use the services at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
